Spreading Holiday Cheer Through Community, Celebration & Giving
Each December, the Historical Society of Catonsville brings neighbors and friends together to celebrate the season while making a meaningful difference. Our annual holiday tradition, the 12 Bars of Christmas Charity Pub Crawl & Toy Drive, invites the community to enjoy festive gatherings, embrace the holiday spirit, and donate toys to brighten the holidays for children in need.
By blending celebration with compassion, we carry forward Catonsville’s tradition of community, generosity, and goodwill.

Our Mission
The Historical Society of Catonsville Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving local history while building community and giving back through meaningful programs and partnerships. What began as a small group of neighbors sharing stories has grown into a tradition of celebrating Catonsville’s heritage and supporting families during the holiday season.
Why We Do It
We believe that history, community, and compassion are deeply connected. By blending celebration with service, we not only honor Catonsville’s past but also strengthen present-day bonds—directly supporting families through our annual toy drive and other charitable initiatives.

Get ready to jingle all the way through Catonsville for a night of holiday fun and community giving! Join the Historical Society of Catonsville as we celebrate the season and support local families in need.
Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free to participate—just bring a new, unwrapped toy 🎁
Dress Code: Ugly sweaters, Santa suits, reindeer onesies—show your festive spirit!
Impact: All donated toys will go to our Holiday Toy Drive, bringing joy and cheer to children and families this season.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
